Agreement

By using the website, downloading a desktop build, installing an app, or creating an account, you agree to these terms, the privacy notice, the risk disclosure and the cookie policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. If a change is material we will also give a notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after the date means you accept the update, except where the law requires a different form of consent.

Services

⁦Race Markets Ltd⁩ provides ⁦Race⁩: a multi-asset interface for information, paper trading, and, where your account is permitted, live orders in equities, forex, commodities and crypto. Features differ by platform, country and permission. We may add, change or withdraw a feature.

This marketing website is not itself a trading terminal. Prices shown here may be simulated. A practice fill is not a live fill.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You must not be in a country we do not serve, and you must not be a sanctioned or prohibited party. We may refuse an application or restrict a product without giving a trading recommendation.

Live access may require identity checks. Approval is never implied by a page on this website.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secret and the information on the account accurate. You are responsible for activity under those credentials unless you told us they were compromised and you could not reasonably stop the misuse.

One person uses an account unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend access to investigate fraud, a legal request, or a breach of these terms.

Apple App Store

If you obtained the iOS app from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s licensed-application terms. This agreement is between you and ⁦Race Markets Ltd⁩, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support.

If the app fails to meet a warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty duty. Product claims, legal claims and intellectual-property claims are addressed to us, not Apple.

You represent that you are not in an embargoed country and are not on a prohibited-party list. You must follow third-party terms, such as your carrier’s data terms, while using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this licence and may enforce it. The bundle id is ⁦com.race.ios⁩.

Google Play

If you installed the Android app from Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play terms that apply to the download. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app, support or content.

Payments and refunds for Play purchases follow Google Play’s rules. The Android package name is ⁦com.race.trade⁩. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a Play subscription.

App licence

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps and desktop builds on devices you own or control, in line with the store rules and these terms. You may not rent, sell, reverse engineer or copy the software except where the law forbids that limit.

The software, the mark and the site content stay with us and our licensors. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without an obligation to pay you.

Paper trading and market data

Paper trading uses virtual funds. Orders in that mode are not sent to a venue. Profit and loss are imaginary and cannot be withdrawn. Practice results are not evidence of live performance.

Market data may be delayed, indicative or simulated, and may come from third parties. You may not redistribute it. Do not treat this website as the source of a live price.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Some features may be sold as auto-renewing subscriptions or one-off purchases. If you buy through Apple or Google, the store bills your store account. The price, period and what you receive are shown before you confirm.

A subscription renews unless you cancel it in the store at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app is not cancellation. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid period unless you cancel before it ends. Refunds follow the store’s rules. If we later sell a plan on the website, the price and the cancellation path will be shown before payment. We may change a future price with the notice the store or the law requires.

Push notifications

Alerts are optional. The operating system asks permission. We use them for security events, order status and product messages you opt into. You can turn them off in the system settings or, where the app provides it, in the app.

Turning alerts off does not stop email that we need to send to protect the account, such as a password reset or a breach notice.

Intellectual property

⁦Race⁩, the wordmark and the site text are protected. You receive a right to read and use them with the service, not a right to republish them as your own.

You keep rights in material you submit, such as a support message. You give us a licence to host and use that material to operate and defend the service.

Disclaimers

The services are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free software, or that any data is complete or timely. Nothing on the site is a promise of profit or a personal recommendation.

Mandatory rights you have under the law of your residence are not removed by this section.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage arising from the service or from data on this website. Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period. If you paid no fees, that cap is zero.

This limit does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.

Indemnity

You will cover claims, losses and reasonable legal costs brought against us by a third party arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your market activity, except to the extent caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

Termination

You may close the account using the path in the privacy notice. We may suspend or close an account for breach, risk, or a legal duty. Sections that should survive, including liability, indemnity, intellectual property and governing law, survive closure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. The courts of the DIFC have jurisdiction, except that either party may seek interim relief in another court, and except for mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence that cannot be waived.

Choosing DIFC law is a contract term. It is not a statement that any regulator has authorised ⁦Race Markets Ltd⁩. A licence number appears on this website only when one is configured.
